1. Does it cost anything to join?

No. It's free to join and it only takes a moment to do. You can sign up here.

2. I did not receive an account activation email, now what?

If you have not received your account activation link via email check your spam folder. If after a few moments you still do not receive your account activation email open a support ticket and we'll be happy to assist you.

3. I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

If you forgot your password, no worries we've got you covered. You can reset your password here click on Forgot Password, enter your email address, then click on Send Password Reset. 

If you have not received your password reset link via email check your spam folder. If after a few moments you still do not receive your password reset link open a support ticket and we'll be happy to assist you.

4. How do I earn minutes?

When your ready to start earning minutes, login to your account and click the Earn Traffic link. Now a website will open in a new browser window, wait for the timer to finish, then a new website will open. The more websites you view in your browser, the more minutes you'll earn. 

5. How do I add my website?

When your ready to start receiving traffic to your website, login to your account and click the My Websites link. On this page you will need to enter the website URL, choose your traffic source, visit duration, max hourly hits, total hits to send and then hit the Submit Website button.

There is no need to apply minutes, our system will automatically apply the minutes for you as long as you have minutes available.

6. How do I redeem a coupon code?

To redeem a coupon code simply login to your account, click on the Redeem Coupon link, enter the coupon code and submit. The minutes will be applied to your account instantly.

7. Why was my account banned?

If you have received the message "This account has been banned" This means that your account activity constitutes abuse of our system or you have violated the terms of service agreement.

If you believe the sanction is unjustified open a support ticket and we'll investigate the situation.
